Gold and roman italic intaglio ring. 2nd century B.C. 古代ローマのインタリオ

Solid cast gold ring set with a rare orange cornelian, oval shape, convex intaglio.
finely and deeply engraved in « globolo » style with an hare runnig left, on a short groundline.
Pure gold (24K) mounting in antic roman style.
Perfect condition of the intaglio.
Italic art, late 2nd – early 1st century B.C., set in a modern ring.
