Roman intaglios and cameos

Art Nouveau gold pendant aquamarine. Attr. Henri VEVER.

Large gold pendant decorated with flowers of fuschias. The typical Art Nouveau design is enhanced with translucent enamel of great delicacy of color. An pale blue aquamarine, cushion-shaped (15 x 15 mms), adorns the center of the gem. The outer frame is highlighted by 11 diamonds in close settings.
The system of removable pin missing.
