Fabian de Montjoye is born of an antique dealer father, specialized for three decades in antique jewellery, Middle Age sculptures and an antique jewellery collector mother.
After studying in Toulouse (Fermat School) and in Paris (Henry IV school), he enters the famous Ecole Nationale des Chartes in 1985.
He leaves the ENC in 1989 to spend two years in the Paris Gemology Institute of Paris, to learn more about precious gems.
He opens his first gallery in 1991 in Paris, at the Village Suisse, close to the Eiffel Tower where he deals various antiques.
Since 1997, he owns a gallery at 177, rue Saint Honoré, in Paris, where he chose to specialize in antique jewellery, and most of all, antique rings, roman intaglio and cameos. He offers permanently a selection of antiques rings, roman rings, medieval rings, Renaissance rings, roman intaglios and cameos from Ancient to Modern.
